It should be noted that during this period of hosting and execution of the approval/certification process, the applicant will not be able to market his product, as our company does not participate in sales actions.

The main advantage of homologation/certification of products is the guarantee to the final consumer of the acquisition and use of products that respect minimum standards of quality and safety, in addition to the technical functionalities regulated by the national legislation.

All the necessary documental survey and organization are carried out by our team, aiming to facilitate the technical analysis by the organizations involved.

Our involvement takes place until the issuance of the homologation/certification by ANATEL or INMETRO, and subsequent transfer to the legal representative established for the Brazilian territory.

It is up to the Regulatory Bodies to carry out the homologation/certification of products (a procedure in which the conformity of the process is recognized after receiving all the technical documentation of the products), through the Resolutions and Ordinances existing in Brazilian territory.
